Ms.Elle's new release of "Culture" embodies the 90's hip-hop culture of New York City. After years of living in Brooklyn, Ms.Elle and Harlem producer, Stone Cruz, team up to empower cultural diversity in the midst of the 2020 Black Lives Matter movement.
